In the unlikely event
that you receive an item from us that has not been fabricated properly,
you can return the item to us for a replacement with-in
10 days of time of receipt of item.
We will reimburse your shipping charges incurred to send the unit back to us.

To obtain a replacement, please E-Mail us & let us know what the problem is.
We will work with you in any way possible to resolve the problem.
If necessary, we will replace your item and/or refund.
Upon approval of Return Authorization, we will e mail you with return shipping instructions

When returning the item please enclose a copy of the e mail/s
we both have generated to attempt to resolve the issue.

The item must be packaged so as to reduce
the likelihood of damage during shipping
and may not be physically damaged in any way,
other than noted in the initial complaint.
You must insure the article with the total amount
as indicated on your original invoice.


TLC Woodworks is not responsible for damages
that may occur during shipping,
or damages that have occurred while in your possession,
either intentional or incidental.

TLC Woodworks reserves the right to investigate all replacement/return claims
and expects full co-operation by the returning party
through-out the replacement process.
